We are looking for motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This person will be the first point of contact for our customers helping to provide exceptional service in person, online and over the telephone. You will gain exposure to all of the components that go into successful shop operations.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while helping to ensure the operations are humming along smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly as they arrive, assist with inquiries and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage incoming calls and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely service.
Estimate Preparation: Provide customers with accurate service estimates, explain necessary repairs, and help any questions they may have
Administrative Duties: Assist with general administrative tasks such as inventory, data entry and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with computers and technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer service experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Basic knowledge of automotive services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
