    Job Description:

    The primary scope of this job is to support service as the initial contact for consumers automotive needs. In this role, you will bridge communications between the service technician and the consumer through various channels including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, texts, or messaging. As the face of the business, you will represent our values of professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness. Patience and a customer-first attitude are essential, as you will often be helping customers through challenging and sometimes costly situations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Handle inquires for vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, or repairs.

    · Document consumer concerns, take detailed notes, and ask thorough questions.

    · Open service tickets and schedule appointments.

    · Manage the service schedule and follow up before and after appointments

    · Verify parts availability for scheduled services.

    · Greet customers at drop-off, set expectations for communication during repairs/maintenance.

    · Relay information to technicians, keep customers informed throughout the service process.

    · Call customers with repair estimates for approval.

    · Receive parts from vendors, perform data entry for service tickets.

    · Handle vehicle delivery at pick-up, collect payments.

    · Manage warranty claims, open service tickets, follow up on postponed or declined services.

    · Order parts, close and account for repair orders and parts tickets.

    · Manage customer satisfaction and business reviews.

    · Present optional maintenance products to customers.

    Additional Duties:

    · Maintain a presentable front office environment:

    · Ensure the customer lounge is tidy and stocked.

    · Keep floors and windows clean, keys organized, and paperwork filed.

    · Perform any additional tasks that enhance the customer experience.

    Qualifications:

    · Experience in customer service, preferably in automotive or similar setting, is advantageous.
