We’re hiring AGAIN! We just keep growing. This is a new position. It is a full-time position. Although the role is remote, you must reside in a state we are already set up in for payroll purposes. This includes - Indiana, Arkansas, Florida, Michigan, Oregon, New York, Georgia, or Texas. As an accounting staff member, you will assist with any duties normally done in the automotive accounting office. Capping/posting vehicle sales, processing accounts payable, researching accounting schedules, and reconciling F&I payables. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a store in a similar role, including office manager or business office manager. Candidates should be well-organized and experienced problem-solvers with strong communication skills. Get the best of automotive accounting without the need to be in the store. Responsibilities: • Ledger reconciliations • Accounts payable • Vehicle sales posting • F&I product reconciliations • Posting entries to the GL Qualifications: • Must have dedicated office space and an environment conducive to work • You must be available to work a normal full-time work schedule • Must be experienced with Excel • Must be motivated to produce work accurately and timely manner • Must be able to ask for help as well as offer assistance to the team • DealerTrack or CDK experience preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
