Job Title: Finance Manager Job Summary: A finance manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of an organization. They manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to ensure the company's financial stability and growth. Finance managers analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including variances and trends • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards • Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable • Manage cash flow and investment activities • Provide financial advice and support to other departments • Evaluate and implement financial systems and software Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master's degree preferred) • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role Responsibilities: • Assess whether car buyers need financing and payment options before presenting them with appropriate auto finance plans • Adhere to strong ethical and customer satisfaction index (CSI) standards as a finance and insurance manager • Establish and reach monthly finance and insurance manager goals for automotive sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarks • Prepare papers, work with lending institutions, set interest rates, and finalize financial plans in accordance with federal laws and local regulations • Keep adequate stock of bank, state, and auto dealership forms on hand at all times Qualifications: • Two or more years of experience working as a dealership finance or sales manager are required • Mandatory understanding of foundational computer software programs such as MS Office • Clean driving record and valid state-issued driver’s license are required • Must have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customers • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is preferred Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000+
