Jackie Cooper Nissan of Tulsa is seeking applications for an experienced Automotive Retail Finance & Insurance Manager to join our high-performance finance and insurance team. The role encompasses the following critical responsibilities:

• Execute a comprehensive menu selling process to optimize F&I department profitability and product penetration, presenting strategic financing and product options.
• Meticulously manage lender portfolios and process loan and lease applications with utmost precision to secure lender approval.
• Conduct rigorous reviews and inspections of departmental paperwork to ensure absolute accuracy and timely processing of all transactions.
• Maintain unwavering adherence to company, local, state, and federal guidelines to ensure full compliance in all operations.
• Provide essential support to the sales department in achieving its objectives, and collaborate closely on the enforcement of proper selling methodologies.
• Demonstrate the highest standards of professional ethics, morals, and customer service excellence.
• Consistently update and maintain comprehensive knowledge of financing and insurance products, services, and industry trends.
• Deliver exceptional, world-class customer service and support to all clientele, upholding the dealership's reputation for excellence.

• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the automotive finance sector.
