    Job Summary

    Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career? Our full service automotive center is seeking a full-time General Manager / Service Advisor to deliver great results with our talented team of professionals.

    The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least four years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

    Responsibilities

    Achieve or exceed profitability targets by following established operational procedures

    Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met

    Recruit, hire, and train technicians to meet profit levels

    Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility

    Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers and staff

    Maintain defined inventory and ensure inventory accuracy

    Implement growth strategies that align with group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while driving improvements in key business metrics

    Qualifications

    A high school diploma or GED equivalent required

    Four or more years of experience in a sales manager or general manager position for a dealership or auto group is necessary

    Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends

    Possess a state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record to operate customer and company-owned vehicles

    Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
