Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.
Resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met.
Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians and advisors.
Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with the leadership team to create innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze daily receipts to ensure accuracy and provide insights to upper management.
Maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager role within an auto repair facility or dealership service department.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive industry trends and best practices.
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
