Job Overview:
Christian Brothers Automotive is currently seeking a General Manager to lead the team at this state-of-the-art facility. This person will need to strive to provide unmatched service to both our customers and their vehicles while maintaining honesty and integrity in all communications and service recommendations. The General Manager position is directly responsible for all aspects of the location operations, staff and guests.
We are looking to fill this position in December and work alongside our existing GM who graduated CBA's FFLA academy program and will be leaving to pursue his dream to own a CBA location.

If you take great care of your team they will take great care of our guests which will ultimately deliver positive results.
5 to 10 Years of Experience in aftermarket auto repair, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to understand sales
Minimum 3 Years in a Leadership Role preferably in Fixed Operations and/or Service Management with a proven track record in areas such as shop metrics and financials.
Possess an Alpha Personality with natural leadership abilities to inspire and delegate through energy and genuine care for your team.
Exceptional Attendance Record and the ability to work remotely after hours and some weekends to assist guests as needed.
Willingness to Learn new methods for running a shop and enhancing team performance.
Commitment to Training: Attend all assigned training and complete them with the highest score and assure your team does it as well.
Ability to effectively lead, manage, and set goals for automotive technicians, service advisors, and service managers
Collaborate with Our GM from the Peoria location, one of the top shops in the country consistently in the top 3 with annual revenue of $6.5 million
Drive the Surprise Location above $5 million in revenue in 2025, with aspirations to be in the Top 10 Shops in the Country and/or Top 3 in Arizona within 2 years.
Set the Temperature: Be a thermostat NOT a thermometer. Elevate the team's energy daily and love one another as yourself.
Customer Engagement: Ability to hear, feel, and see how our guests experience each transaction and inspire your team to drive results aligned with your vision.

A fully equipped mobile service van and mobile bay
Potentially the addition of up to 10 additional bays
Strong Leadership Support: Be prepared to work with a strong leadership team from our Peoria location and embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth. Once a month mandatory meeting with Peoria and Surprise leadership teams.

Competitive Compensation: Expected earnings between $150K and $180K in 2025 baswd on projections, with the potential to reach $200K based on shop reputation, revenue, and net profitability.
Flexible Scheduling: As long as the shop’s monthly goals are achieved, you are responsible for your own schedule and are not required to be present from open to close, though a minimum of 40 hours per week is required. (50 hours recommended)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20K available, depending on individual needs such as relocation, benefits, or other expenses.

For maximum efficiency, an assistant project manager will be provided to help with QuickBooks, payroll, bills, parts reconciliation, and any administrative assistance needed
Own transportation possibility of a company vehicle usage to commute to and from work (open to close hours required)

Compensation terms: A detailed pay plan and bonus structure will be provided after all terms are agreed and signed.
Reporting: GM will report to the owner and in some cases, our home office assigned peers at the owner's direction.
Lead effectively: Attend and hold all shop meetings, establish monthly and quarterly peer group meetings with the leadership from Peoria, Surprise, and our On Location
Vision and Plan: Monthly, quarterly, and annual goals presented to peer group and results emailed respectively
Goals: If the goals are missed in two of the previous three months, the GM is required to work open to close and possible salary reduction up to 25%
Termination: If the targets are missed 3 consecutive months termination might occur
