Our car dealership team is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new automotive technician to join our service center. The ideal candidate will be eager to diagnose and facilitate automotive repairs using our automotive computer software, and their electrical systems expertise. Responsibilities: • When needed, conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluids, rotating tires, replacing brake pads, and oil changes • Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction • Establish processes for tracking diagnostics and system repairs, maintaining up-to-date manufacturer specifications, and more • Examine all vehicle systems such as the air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems with a step-by-step approach • Determine and investigate any malfunction codes in the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic system using skilled expertise and diagnostic tools Qualifications: • Must have completed a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; associate degree a plus • ASE certification or comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is attractive • Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory • Possess a high school diploma or GED Compensation: $30 - $50 hourly
