We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, onboarding, and Payroll. play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. Responsibilities: • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports • Find qualified candidates, interview top talent, and onboard and train new employees • Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training Qualifications: • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization • 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position • **Automotive HR experience required** • Dealer track or similar DMS experience required Compensation: $52,000
