Berman Subaru of Chicago is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Loan Processor to join our finance team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing loan applications, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring a smooth financing process for our customers.

Job Title: Automotive Loan Processor
Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago
Pay: $20/HR
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (One weekday off, Sundays off)

Working Hours:

• 2 days: 9:00AM - 8:00PM
• 1 day: 12:00PM - 8:00PM
• 1 day: 9:00AM - 3:00PM
• Saturdays: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Review and process loan applications submitted by customers
• Verify applicant information and credit history
• Communicate with applicants to gather additional documentation as needed
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation
• Coordinate with lenders to secure loan approval and funding
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries from customers and banks
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive financing, loan processing, or a finance-related role strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of lending practices, financial principles, and regulatory requirements
• Willingness to work late hours and adapt to a flexible schedule
• Strong work ethic with a resilient attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment and collaborate with team members
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information with discretion
