About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Part time - Automotive Receptionist/BDC to join our team at M&F Auto Sales in Rio Rancho, NM. This position plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our sales department.

Our BDC department is the link between leads and appointments in the dealership. We are looking for an experienced candidate with skills that include:

Automotive experience

Strong communication - phone and electronically

Organized

Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone

Manage and respond to customer inquiries and appointments

Outgoing, friendly personality

Goal oriented

Perform administrative tasks as assigned

Support the sales team with various tasks as need

Be a team player

You will be responsible for managing leads, setting appointments, working with sales team to coordinate, client communications, setting and managing appointments.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

Previous experience in BDC, CRM or sales is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of automotive industry and terminology is a plus
