    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated, self-driven, reliable and dynamic Automotive Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on converting internet leads to deals, fostering relationships with potential customers through various online platforms, and ensuring a seamless buying experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and experience in sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Respond promptly to internet inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing potential customers with accurate information regarding vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
    - Develop and maintain a robust online presence by leveraging social media, dealership website, and third-party automotive websites to attract and engage potential customers.
    - Conduct high-quality follow-up communications with leads to build relationships, nurture prospects, and close sales.
    - Collaborate with the management team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and lead conversion.
    - Track and report on sales metrics, including leads generated, follow-up actions, and conversion rates, to continually identify areas for improvement.
    - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market, product offerings, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information and tailored recommendations to customers.
    - Assist in organizing online promotions and events to drive traffic and sales.
    - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer concerns or questions with professionalism and courtesy.
    - Utilize CRM software to manage lead distribution, track interactions, and maintain customer data.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
    - Proven experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or a related field is highly preferred.
    - Strong understanding of online sales techniques and digital marketing strategies.
    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Knowledge of various automotive brands and models is an advantage.
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
