Join our management team at family owned M & F Auto Sales. As Desk momager, you'll assist the GSM with running the dealership and be responsible for maximizing profitability and closing sales daily.

REPSONSIBLITIES:

Work with your sales management team to hire, manage, and supervise the performance of the sales department

Monitor customer traffic and oversee sales staff to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction of our customers

Be proficient in our CRM software and other auto software systems for desking

Coach sales team through each step of the sales process and help close deals

Motivating your sales team and capable of holding them accountable.

Make daily follow-up calls for all unsold clients who visit our dealership or contact via phone or internet

Ensures salespeople follow our process and are completing their paperwork accurately.

Handle customer complaints immediately and in accordance to dealership guidelines

Keep track of our inventory

Assess trade-ins.

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

At least 3 years previous Automotive Sales experience required.

Sales Management experience is preferred. Compensation level will be based on prior experience.

Maintain Professional Appearance Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills

Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems

Previous industry knowledge and overall knowledge of operations, management, and customer relationships

Knowledge of how lenders work.

Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving history and background

Must pass a drug test
