Responsibilities: • Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database • Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies • Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection • Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed • Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally • Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred • Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting • Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold customer satisfaction • Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory Compensation: $70,000 - $140,000 per year
