Responsibilities: • Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential car sales customers • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales • Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales • Serve as an expert in new and used cars’ performance and key differences to thoroughly answer all customer questions • Adhere to dealership standards and policies of superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process • Greet customers entering the dealership. • Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to successfully sell RVs. • Use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport when assisting clients with their RV needs and wants. • Provide your customer needs and wants to sales management and show units to your customer. • Employ your above-average listening skills to assist customers in narrowing down their selections. • Present RV demonstrations and dealership walkthroughs. Maintain dealership Customer Relationship Management software by: • Gathering customer information and enter into the CRM database. • Maintain active unsold prospects. • Follow up through phone, text, and e-mail messages Qualifications: • Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs • Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred • Great attitude and ability to build rapport • Valid state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record required • High school diploma or GED • Exemplary interpersonal, time management, negotiation, and communication skills • Bilingual is a plus Compensation: $35,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings
