Job Summary

Advise and get Authorization from customers on vehicle service needs. Create ROs for customers and communicate with the Technicians. Great growth and career opportunities.

Responsibilities

Promptly meets and greets customers

Determines the nature of customer problems or maintenance request.

Creates Repair Order Request (ROR) detailing service to be performed using our "best in class" Tools

Obtains customer approval for added services.

Reviews completed repairs or services performed with customers and collects payment

Maintains cleanliness of showroom and re-stocks display as needed

Desired Qualifications

High School graduate or comparable vocational training

Knowledge of computerized sales and marketing software

Knowledge of auto/truck tire, repair, and maintenance issues

Experience using Automotive Point of Sale software

Preferred Experience:

2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance

3+ years experience as a Service Advisor in an auto repair store, auto dealership or comparable professional environment.
