Job Description: As an Automotive Service Advisor, your primary focus will be on sales. While handling various responsibilities such as reception, parts, and dispatch, your goal is to guide customers through their vehicle service experience and ensure their satisfaction.
Basic Skills Requirements:
Communication (Written and Verbal) - Fluent English required, Spanish a plus

Duties:
Handle customer inquiries professionally and warmly to encourage them to bring their vehicles to the shop.
Greet customers, address their concerns, and perform a thorough drop-off inspection.
Clearly communicate customer concerns to technicians for effective problem resolution.
Advise customers on necessary repairs, gain agreement, and sell services profitably.
Manage parts ordering and receipt according to shop policy.
Ensure adherence to the shop's workflow system
Perform final quality control on completed work and review repairs with customers.
Schedule future services and follow up on recommended repairs.
Explain the referral program to customers and maintain follow-up communications.
Proactively reach out to customers to fill the shop's schedule during slower periods.
Experience:
At least 3 years sales experience required
Strongest candidates will have experience in the automotive industry
