    Automotive Service Advisor (Monday thru Friday) Family-owned and operated. Since opening in 2011, our mission has been the same—give the customer the best experience they have ever had. We offer the expertise you would expect to find at a major auto center and treat every customer as if they were our family. Responsibilities: • Maintain a clean work environment • Work directly with technicians to prepare estimates • Communicate with customers and provide updates • Communicate with the rest of the shop to ensure efficient shop flow • Preparing complete estimates and invoices for customers • Inspect automotive equipment to determine the corrective action necessary with the technician • Handling customer concerns and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards • Checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional issues • Getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed • Participate in ongoing training as assigned by management Qualifications: • Outstanding leadership and store management skills • A positive attitude is a must • Ability to work as a team leader • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to maintain excellent customer service rating • Minimum of 2 years experience working as a service advisor • Must be a motivated self-starter and have the ability to work with minor supervision • Must be goal-driven and detail oriented • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Prefer Mitchell SE software experience Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
