The award-winning Service Department at Graff Chevrolet Durand is busy and successful and in need of an experienced service advisor with an eye for advancement. Must be willing to work hard and have fun and be a part of a great team environment!
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments. Obtain customer vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
Great customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
Write up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
Refer to vehicle history and previously declined repairs and inspect to vehicle to recommend additional needed service.
Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the importance of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for anticipated parts and labor.
Obtain customer's permission to perform the necessary repairs by signature or other accepted form of acceptance.
Maintain communication with the customer throughout the time the vehicle is in the shop and communicate estimated time of completion as well as get approval for any additional repairs deemed necessary.
Review repair orders to ensure that work is completed and close repair orders.
Explain completed work and all charges to the customer.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Keep work area clear.
Provide phenomenal customer service!

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor
Valid driver's license
