We're expanding our team of Service Advisors in our Performance and Customization department! Looking for individuals with sales experience, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of car modification and a passion for customized cars to help our customers with selecting the right services for their vehicle. Eastside Motoring offers an extensive range of customization options including wheels + tires, suspension, exhaust, tuning, vinyl wrapping, ceramic coating, detailing, custom audio and upholstery.

This role requires organization and collaboration with our team of service technicians, so each custom job is carefully tended to, from start to finish. Our Service Advisors are responsible for selling and scheduling services, ordering parts, communicating with the customer on a regular and timely basis, overseeing the completion of each job and handling the vehicle release.

Required Experience:

Knowledge of aftermarket parts and car customization

Desired Experience:

Mechanic/technician experience is preferred but not required.
