The RV Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact between customers and the service department. This role involves scheduling repairs and maintenance, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, expert advice, and outstanding service. The RV Service Advisor plays a critical role in making sure customers' recreational vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments for service technicians • Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience • Manage all automotive paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records • Verify warranty protections, review service contract coverage, create cost estimates, and all other documentation to facilitate vehicle service work • Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-up Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED is required • Must have problem-solving and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other fundamental programs • Prior experience in a service advisor role not required but is highly preferred • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is required Compensation: $51,000
