In this role, you’ll use your product knowledge as a service advisor and draft cost estimates, evaluate warranty protections, and coordinate necessary repairs. Responsibilities: • Oversee the schedule for service department technicians’ repairs • Follow up after completed service appointments to ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle repairs • Review and verify vehicle warranty protections and service contract coverage when developing cost estimates, work orders, and other paperwork related to necessary repairs • Lead vehicle pick-up efforts by coordinating efforts with auto service porters and customers • Manage all automotive paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records Qualifications: • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral Compensation: 60000 - 100000 yearly
