Responsibilities: • Greet and build rapport with customers • Perform thorough vehicle check-ins • Execute our proven service process • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians • Present comprehensive repair recommendations • Convert inspections into approved repairs • Maintain high CSI scores • Follow up with customers • Monitor quality control Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience preferred but not required • Proven sales record • Strong organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills • Experience with digital vehicle inspections (DVI) is a plus • Proficient in shop management software • Valid driver's license with a clean record Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly
