Responsibilities: • Draft and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other documents for necessary repairs by service technicians • Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more • Maintain the service department schedule and slot appointments for vehicle repairs • Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-up • Leverage automotive technology and product knowledge to clearly address customer needs and share the status of service appointments Qualifications: • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral • A high school diploma or GED is required • Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary Compensation: $60,000 - $110,000 yearly
