Service Technician European Automotive Our car dealership team is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new automotive technician to join our service center. The ideal candidate will be eager to diagnose and facilitate automotive repairs using our automotive computer software, and their electrical systems expertise. Responsibilities: • Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes • Create protocols for tracking diagnostic tests and repairs, acquiring necessary technical manuals, and more throughout our dealerships • Apply a checklist-based approach to ensure a comprehensive examination of all vehicle systems, including the engine, air conditioning, transmission, and brake systems • Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs • Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes Qualifications: • National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE certification is strongly desired • Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory • GED or high school diploma is mandatory • Automotive service technology training program completion or equivalent years of experience is required; associates degree is a bonus Compensation: yearly
