Midas is looking for a mature person to manage the front desk of a busy automotive repair facility. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in service writing and customer service.
Responsibilities to include: Consult and interpret customer needs for the mechanics. Serve as point of contact for customers and technicians regarding service tickets. Must have ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Listen to customers and arrange for appropriate services for their vehicles. Set and manage realistic expectations for the service delivery to the customer. Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles and completion times.
Requirements: Previous experience required. Excellent customer service skills. Valid drivers license. Good work ethics. An outgoing and friendly personality and the ability to work in a team environment.
