Paul’s Rods & Restos is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media and marketing to drive the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives. We have multiple brands that you will be responsible for. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various marketing disciplines, including social media, digital marketing, and product management. This role requires a creative thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can effectively manage campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, SEO, and e-commerce initiatives.

Utilize analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

Execute daily updates for current and relevant content.

Experience

Must have experience in Automotive History, Social Media, and Marketing

Experience with automotive industry preferably 2+ yrs

Passionate and strong knowledge of the automotive industry

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
