Responsibilities: • Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs • Help establish service protocols for tracking the status of repairs, maintaining relevant technical manuals, using charts, and more for all of our dealerships • Follow a checklist-based approach to comprehensively examine all vehicle systems, such as the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and brake systems • Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system • Explain automotive systems issues to customers to ensure a clear, transparent repair process Qualifications: • Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred • High school diploma or GED is required • Strong customer service and communications skills are needed • Automotive service technology training program completion or equivalent years of experience is required; associates degree is a bonus Compensation: $30 - $45 hourly
