We are seeking a quality-driven automotive technician specializing in European and Exotics to fill an open position with our friendly Post Falls team. Our ideal candidate will be confident running diagnostics equipment to identify and complete automotive repairs to electrical and software systems. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes • Determine and investigate any malfunction codes in the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic system using skilled expertise and diagnostic tools • Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs • Follow a checklist-based approach to comprehensively examine all vehicle systems, such as the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and brake systems • Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communications skills are necessary • Possess a high school diploma or GED • National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE certification is strongly desired Compensation: Up to $50 hourly
