    Position Overview:

    We are seeking highly skilled Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and European Vehicle Technicians to join the team in Las Vegas, NV. These full-time, in-person roles are perfect for experienced "A" or Master Technicians with a passion for German and European vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of European vehicles, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and other German makes.

    Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics using modern tools and equipment.

    Deliver high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

    Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient shop operations.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.

    Authorization to work in the United States with competent English skills.

    Strong expertise with German or European vehicles; dealership experience preferred but not required.

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    Compensation:

    Hourly Rate: $30–$55 per hour, depending on skill level and experience.

    Opportunities for bonuses with a potential program in development.

    Paid Time Off (PTO):

    1 week of PTO after the first year.

    2 weeks of PTO after the second year.

    Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some days may extend to 5:15/5:30).
