Job Summary

Join our team at a full-service repair shop renowned for its German car expertise. We're experiencing growth at our Boerne, Texas, location and are seeking a Senior Technician with formal automotive technical training and at least ten years of experience with European cars. Strong electrical understanding and diagnostic skills are a must. You will contribute to our reputation of superior customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to getting it right the first time.

We offer premium compensation, paying 30% above the listed repair time, paid diagnostic time, and paid vehicle inspections. We provide medical expense reimbursement, a 3% contribution to your 401K plan, and paid holidays. We do not work on the weekends. You will also have access to heavily discounted parts, after-hours access to the facility, dealership diagnostic tools, specialty tools, and dealership repair manuals.

Responsibilities

Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues. Recommend necessary repairs.

Carry out necessary repairs in an efficient manner while assuring quality work.

Program modules as necessary.

Perform multi-point inspections.

Maintain a safe and clean working area.

Assure issues are resolved to eliminate any comebacks.

Qualifications

Living in or near Boerne, Texas.

A high school diploma or GED is required.

An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is required.

Minimum of 10 years of European car experience.

Positive attitude and contributing to a strong team.

Own a basic tool set.
