About the Role:

M&F Auto Sales in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a family-owned business with a focus on providing high-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. M & F Auto Sales has immediate openings for Service Technicians / Mechanics at our Coors location. Hourly rate and flat rates available depending on experience and your level. Our service department is EXTREMELY busy with new inventory coming in daily as well as customer repairs. We recon all our vehicles before putting them out on the lot. We are booking customers 2 weeks out so we have a lot of work for you. If you are passionate about cars and have a strong mechanical aptitude, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with vehicles

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential problems

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Assist in maintaining a well-stocked inventory of parts and supplies

Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.

Always maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all OSHA/EPA requirements.

Perform any job duties requested by management.

Proficient in Xtime and DealerTrack software systems knowledge

Perform work-specified repair orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor and Service Manager

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 3 years of automotive repair experience on various makes and models

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Perform work-specified repair orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Must have great diag skills

Must own tools required to preform job
