Necessary Qualifications:

ASE Certifications/ Maintaining Certifications

Basic Computer/Mobile Device Skills

Valid Drivers License

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Working on Foreign Cars

Hybrid/Electric vehicle experience

Lead Technician Responsibilities:

Work with and guide apprentice technicians

Diagnose and teach diagnostics

Willingness to lead and provide Constructive Criticism

Guide techs to keep up with Shop Cleanliness

Digital Communication with Service Writers

Capability to Work Quickly, Efficiently, and Under Pressure

Capability to Lift Heavy Objects

Maintain a Professional Appearance and Work Ethic
