As an Auto Mechanic your responsibilities include a wide range of automotive repairs:
Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate to customer needs.
Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs.
Communicate cause and correction for customer concerns regarding their vehicle.
Address any concerns from customers and interface with them on their vehicle as needed.
Maintain professionalism.
Keep shop in clean, working order.
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections in service to our customers utilizing our digital e-inspection tool.
Master MFG level diagnostic tools and subscriptions provided by ETF Ventures Inc.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (or 3+ years of related work experience
servicing vehicles instead of the degree).
Proven experience as auto mechanic
Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
Excellent physical conditions
Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Preferred: Continue training to maintain current A.S.E. status and to meet with technology and fleet changes as they occur.
Physical requirements: Frequently required to stand, walk, reach, talk, hear, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, climb, and tolerate excess noise levels and car exhaust. Vision requirements: close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
