Responsibilities:

Perform basic automotive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements) while maintaining Meineke’s high-quality standards.

Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues.

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a secure work environment.

Conduct inspections and minor repairs on brakes, suspension systems, exhaust systems, and more.

Maintain accurate records of services performed, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to provide clear, professional recommendations to customers.

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with confidence in their vehicle and in our team.

Continuously update your skills through training sessions, workshops, and Meineke’s resources.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

All experience levels welcome – from beginner to advanced technicians.

Basic knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools (training available for entry-level candidates).

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
