At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience. Midas Bowling Green KY is family owned and operated business. Established in 1977. Our large shop provides lots of room including 16 service bays, and dependable car count.
We are an established team. We are looking to add an automotive technician who is seeking a long term career with meaningful work. Type of work includes brakes, suspension, alignments, flushes, tune ups, exhaust, etc. Depending on your experience, there may be additional jobs available. You must have professional shop experience, ASE active certification and the necessary tools to be considered
Dependable, hard working, honest and have a proven track record working in an established professional shop. We offer a competitive pay package determined by your shop experience. Your schedule will include a day off during the week and Sunday. We do work Saturdays from 8am to 4pm.

As a Midas automotive technician, you’ll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, including:
Heating and air conditioning
Steering and suspension
Belts and hoses
Radiator and engine cooling systems
Batteries, starting and charging
Steering and suspension
Brake repair
Oil services
Mufflers and exhaust services
Digital vehicle inspections
Qualifications
Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment
Knowledge of automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, tires & some diagnostics
Track record of high personal productivity. .
Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and diagnostic tools
Active ASE Technician Certification, Air Conditioning certification, etc.
Valid driver’s license
Own tools/equipment, etc.
Able to service both import and domestic vehicles
Able to work on box trucks, sprinter vans, mid-size buses, etc.
