Responsibilities: • Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes • Examine all vehicle systems such as the air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems with a step-by-step approach • Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes • Establish processes for tracking diagnostics and system repairs, maintaining up-to-date manufacturer specifications, and more Qualifications: • Strong customer service and communications skills are needed • High school diploma or GED is required • Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred • Verified experience in the automotive maintenance and repair industry • Secondary training in Automotive Technology is preferred • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000
