Job Summary

We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our successful Team, the Technician would have two dedicated service bays for vehicle repairs and vehicle maintenance jobs.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must have extensive tool collection, experience with Snap on Zues scan tool, and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a technician that understands the importance of customer service, has a positive attitude, works well with others and has a strong passion as for automotive repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of Automotive Diagnostics & Repairs

Complete a full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspection, Communicate with Service Writer the cause and correction for customer and provide the recommended service repairs, and any vehicle maintenance due

Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Extensive tool collection to perform the job

Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner if needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required

10+ years of Technician experience

Experience automotive service technician, capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes & models of vehicles,

Automotive Service Excellence/ASE preferred not required

Strong customer service and communications skills are required

Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
