Job Summary

We are looking for an Oil Technician to join our successful service center. We specialize in "Half-Day Mechanics; 4 - 5 hour jobs or less like; Brakes, shocks, struts, bearings, pumps, tune-ups, etc. AND -You will be one of the oil change crew as well as a "hood-tech" or a "pit-tech" and/or assisting with the customer curtesy's as well.

As an Oil Technician, you will be responsible for accuracy and completion. Working quickly but being thorough first. Team Player is a MUST! Will need to learn shop computer software and have basic knowledge of vehicle systems.

If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business!

Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols

Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements

Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes

Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications
