Job description
This well-established auto and truck repair facility prides itself on providing excellent customer service and having good community relations by engaging in ethical business practices. As a member of our team, your roll will be to:
Source needed parts
maintain a neat, clean, orderly and safe parts department with inventory levels that maximize sales.
determine equipment and supplies needed, maintaining records of all transactions.
maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
stay current on industry trends in order to recommend new sales, marketing and promotional ideas to management.
process warranty claims and follow-up until complete.
assist Service Technicians with resolving problem areas related to parts.
assist and fill in for Service Advisors as needed.
Qualifications:
good computer, writing, and communication skills
valid driver's license
strong organizational skills
previous experience in computerized parts look up (preferred)
