    Job Description:

    We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Warranty Assistant to join our team. This role involves helping with warranty claims, processing documentation, and ensuring all warranty procedures and policies are followed accurately. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures set by manufacturers.
    • Communicate with Service Managers regarding warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
    • Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and follow up on pending claims.
    • Review and verify vehicle repair orders to ensure warranty coverage is correctly applied.
    • Maintain up-to-date training on warranty policies.
    • Assist with warranty audits and reporting as required.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency with computers.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
    • Strong team skills.
