Job Description

Scope of work:

• Review overall Avature capabilities for possible adoption
• Configure marketing and email campaign templates
• Configure recruiting event landing page and data collection workflow

Deliverables:

• Review of Avature capabilities and list of things we should enable/explore based on our needs
• Fully configured account
• Customized email campaign templates (SBD logo, colors, etc)
• Customized recruiting event landing page with SBD branding
• Data collection workflow
• Videos/documentation showing how to perform key tasks & review reports

Qualifications

• In-depth Avature CRM experience
• Experience configuring marketing and email campaign templates
• Experience configuring recruiting event landing page and data collection workflow
• The ideal candidate will be able to work with some overlap of EST business hours and be familiar with setting up Avature for Global brands like SBD.

Budget:

• We would prefer a fixed price budget for the initial project
• Coaching & knowledge transfer could be done hourly (as needed)
