Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Associate professional to help with our daily warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations. The position requires an individual to be familiar with picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes, while being able to help with the physical tasks of operating machinery and packaging equipment. This individual will establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and vendors. This is a full-time position.
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Pick and Pull current inventory products for technicians in the “pre-build” stage or as assigned
Pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers
Ability to ensure accuracy of items picked/packed
Properly stage orders in assigned bin locations
Responsible for shipping products out to customers utilizing shipping carriers.
Assist in unloading new inventory shipments, verify received inventory documentation, and match to the Company’s purchase orders
Thoroughly clean all products, prior to staging the products in the “pre-build” area
Assist in processing inbound RMA shipments, take stock of inventory, and report RMA shipments to Operations and Logistics Manager
Stock newly received inventory
Organize all products in the warehouse, with oversight from the Operations and Logistics Manager, to ensure optimal inventory processes
Conduct cycle counts to identify loss and improve the in-stock position
Re-shelve canceled orders promptly
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
Qualifications
1-2 years of Picking items/products per invoice or the customer order experience required
1-3 years of Shipping experience using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and UPS.
1-2 years of experience receiving inventory
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
Inventory experience
One year of prior warehouse/distribution center experience
Must have shipping and receiving experience
Good organizational skills
Strong mathematical skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Work Environment:
Weekly schedule: Monday through Friday from 9 am - 6 pm EST.
This is a full-time position.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
Must be able to stand for 3+ hour periods.
