    Senior AV/Facilities Project Manager (Hybrid in LA, CA) 

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years managing AV/Renovation/Construction projects.
    • Extensive experience integrating technology into commercial renovations and new construction.
    • Strong knowledge of the build process, including integration with GCs, subs, permitting, drawings/elevations, and construction timelines.

    The Project:

    The team oversees conference room planning and refreshes across multiple buildings, involving both renovation and complete rebuilds. Responsibilities include:

    • 8+ years of program/project management, preferably within facilities.
    • 3+ years of Agile experience.
    • 1+ year of JIRA experience (preferred, not required).
    • 3+ years managing vendors.
    • Experience in hybrid tech/facilities/new construction projects.
    • Technical project management within the tech industry, including creating and executing plans.
    • Triaging issues in conference rooms.
    • Prior experience with conference rooms and AV.
    • Extensive experience with remote contractors.

    Key Contributions:

    • Manage AV engineering, design, construction, AV renovation, and facilities projects.
    • Monitor design and construction to ensure compliance with corporate standards, schedules, and budgets.
    • Identify and address potential liabilities and risks.
    • Schedule and monitor remote contractors and vendors for surveys and installs.
    • Maintain client, consultant, contractor, and vendor relationships, managing conflict resolution.
    • Knowledge of AV hardware and maintenance practices.
    • Read and interpret work orders, safety rules, and operating/maintenance instructions.
    • Serve as the expert on project contractual documents, evaluating delivery timelines, and allocating resources.
    • Lead internal and external project initiation meetings.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring resource allocation and deadline adherence.
    • Oversee ordering of project equipment and materials within budget.
    • Present project status reports and escalate concerns to upper management as needed.
