Job Title: Part 91/135 Aviation Maintenance Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (KFXE Based)

About Us: Surjet Charter is a leading Part 135 operator specializing in the management and operation of large-cabin aircraft. We provide world-class service to aircraft owners and VIP clients, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and meticulous attention to detail.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and alterations of aircraft.

Requirements:

5 years of experience as supervisor, on GV / G550, CL300, Lear 45, and / or G280 aircraft. Factory formal training preferred.

Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required

FAR knowledgeable part 91/135

High school graduate or equivalent.

Effective communication skills with problem-solving attitude.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

Able to multitask, direct and work under preassure.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform, plan and supervise scheduled inspections and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and alterations of aircraft.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and/or electronic discrepancies.

Ensure strict adherence to the aircraft's inspection program, repair requirements and GMM.

Comply with manufacturer's technical data, Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), and applicable safety rule.

Provide effective and clear communication to the DOM or Chief Inspector.

Comply with safety work practices, environmental compliance, and proper housekeeping.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple aircraft simultaneously.

Proficiency in aviation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be available to work on weekends as needed.
