Job Description
The Aviation Maintenance Technician assists the Director of Maintenance, and the team, as needed, to maintain the airworthiness, functionality, and cleanliness of company owned rotor and fixed wing aircraft. Must be a team player who can contribute broadly to the organization, and a person who understands the dynamic needs of a corporate flight department. This role requires the technician to work a variable shift, dependent upon the flight schedule of the aircraft, as well as travel to support offsite maintenance and repair. Candidate needs to be forward thinking and always looking for ways to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for the passengers. ****

Additional Information
The salary range for this role is $84,000 - $115,500 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
