Job Overview The Payment Representative of Avidxchange will be responsible for tasks related to daily payment processing of e-payments on behalf of our customers. This includes achieving assigned quotas for the number of payments successfully processed on a daily basis. S/he will also serve as a liaison with other departments, to include maintaining open and concise communication with regards to payment status and other inquiries. Other duties as assigned. Job Responsibilities * Timely processing of e-payments on behalf of our customers via phone call and/or the web * Successfully met minimum quota of payments completed per month * Assist vendor to ensure payment processed within SLA designated by client * Minimum of five attempts to process if unsuccessful; document to standards set forth * Use all tools and resources available to maintain minimal errors, see discipline guideline; quality over quantity * Actively review key metrics measured via SalesForce Dashboards to ensure standards set forth are being met * Weekly reporting of metrics desired by supervisor to determine area of focus for improvement * Monthly preparation of metrics measured and presented to supervisor for review of progress as compared to previous quarters * Complete one further education training specific to payments team per quarter, passing grade of 80% or better * Attend one "Avid University - New Hire" class per month until all have been completed, passing grade of 80% or better Required Education, Skills, and Qualification * Associates Degree and/or 1-2 years related experience * All applicants must successfully complete a background and credit check Preferred Education, Skills, and Qualification * A minimum of 1 - 2 years proven accounts payable and/or customer service experience * Strong communication skills * Adaptive to frequent process changes * General skillset to perform/navigate on Microsoft OS; minimum of 60 WPM * Experience with Excel (middle level or above) and SalesForce desired but not required Company Description By trade we are a technology company, but if you ask anyone that works here, they'll tell you we are a people company.
