    Job Overview As a Service Design Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing high impact strategic change initiatives. You will act as a trusted strategic partner across all of Supplier Services and focus on complex, high impacting projects to the entire organization. You will be the primary business point of contact to program level leadership and stakeholders across the business, acting with integrity and focus on the customer (internal and/or external).Job ResponsibilitiesServe in a lead role to plan, implement, manage large change projects and provide updates to key stakeholders.Responsible for communication plans, needs assessments, end user acceptance, and training plans where applicable.Assures effective communication to stakeholders to identify and address change management efforts.Work with other project teams and departments as a trusted business partner.Serves as a primary contact for all major projects impacting Supplier Services.Maintains effective working relationships with other groups and departments to support successful change management strategy and smooth handoff to business leaders.Partners with Supplier Service leadership at all levels to develop transition plans and ongoing success measures.Required Experience, Qualifications, and SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or similar field.Minimum 1 year experience in process or product design specifically in a payments or technology environmentMinimum of 2-year leadership experienceMastery of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and SkillsTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experienceVisio and Process mapping experienceLean Six Sigma or process improvement experienceProven track record of excellent project management skillsSuperior time management and multitasking skills to ensure that tasks and deliverables get completed on time and are of qualityExcellent communication and partnership skills, which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the companyHighly detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and self-disciplined with dedicated work ethicStrong relationship building and analytical skillsCreative thinking skills and experience designing new processes or productsNatural leader with proven ability to balance the needs of teammates and the customer through the change management processDrive a high performing culture and supportive atmosphere with fun and positive energyEqual Employment Opportunity StatementAvidXchange is an equal opportunity employer. AvidXchange is committed to equal employment opportunity in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.  AvidXchange will not discriminate against applicants for employment on any legally recognized basis.
