We are seeking highly qualified Avionics Technicians. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, work well with flight crews and leadership and be an experienced Avionics Technician (A&P preferred).
Additionally, the ideal candidate will specialize in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electronic systems in aircraft, including communication, navigation, radar, autopilot, and instrumentation systems.
Well qualified candidates will have private jet and general aviation avionics experience, impeccable customer service skills, and solid work history. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of business and general aviation, have a strong work ethic, pay close attention to detail, and adapt to new technology.
Responsibilities
The Avionics Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, and repairing electronic aircraft components. They work on communication, navigation and flight control systems. Their work requires an in-depth understanding of advanced electronic equipment and systems diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications
Avionics Technician experience/specialized training (A&P certificate is preferred)
Valid Driver's License required
1+ years combined experience in avionics, inspection, maintenance or servicing of commercial, corporate, and general aviation aircraft
Advanced knowledge of avionics systems, and ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic components ****
Relevant certification in avionics or a related field.
Proven experience in maintaining and repairing avionics systems.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Additional Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of current aviation regulations and standards.
Must be able to communicate effectively with, flight crews, Technical Support, fellow technicians and leadership.
Perform maintenance and servicing of all aircraft avionics systems.
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently to perform assigned avionics tasks.
Properly completes maintenance log entries, and all other paperwork in a timely manner.
Ensures that all work accomplished meets quality standards, maintenance manual and company policies.
Establishes and maintains a professional working relationship and promotes the brand positively when interacting with others.
Properly identifies (tags) parts and equipment. Stores aircraft components and other property securely and safely.
Operates and supervises use of special support equipment used in removal and installations of major components.
Coordinates with Line Service and FBO ops to schedule movement of aircraft and assist with movement of aircraft.
Provides regular updates on aircraft status and all support activity to leadership, as needed.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines while maintaining a professional attitude.
Assists in training new/junior employees.
Responsible for maintaining company training requirements.
